How do I book a private space?
What ages do you accept?
Children aged 4 - 11 years.
Four year olds need to have started school.
How much does it cost per child?
Half Day Pass = £22
Day Pass = £38
Week Pass = £175
My child has left something at the club. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. Lost property will be kept for 14 days once the club has finished, after which items will be donated to charity.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 14 days before your booking: Full refund or credit towards a future club.
7-14 days before your booking: 50% refund or full credit towards a future club.
Less than 7 days before your booking: No refunds, but credit may be given in exceptional cases.
If your child is unwell, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be able to transfer your booking to another date, depending on availability.

What can I expect when I book with you?
You will receive an automated email confirming your child's space.
If your child has additional needs, we will contact you (via email or phone) to gather information to ensure we can meet your chil'd needs.
Do you offer any discounts?
If you book a Week Pass, you will save over 10%.
Pay via your Tax-Free Childcare account- this will save you 20%
Refer a friend and you both save 10% on your next booking!
We do not offer sibling discounts.
What does my child need to bring with them?
Clothing that is appropriate for the weather i.e. waterproof coat, wellies, sun hat.
Water bottle
Packed lunched, drinks and snacks for the day. Please note, Bizzy Kidz Club is a nut free setting.
